YESSS listening to your intuition is such a big one because we really start to trust ourselves. What’s been the biggest shift for you since doing that.
Lovely! What stood out to me is that none of these choices are really about trying to reach perfection—they’re about alignment. That's my takeaway at least, and there’s something both encouraging and freeing about being reminded that a life that feels like your own is built through small, intentional decisions made over and over again.
ny question for you is: Did this shit happened since your daughter's birth, or is there another way that you used to completely shift your mindset? I feel like I'm working a lot on myself to make this shift because I am in a lifestyle where I'm forced to live in a certain way. but i'm in a constant fight against what "successful" should mean (basically have tons of money, have tons of things to do), and I just cannot appreciate what I have because there's always this fight of having to do more.
What was the shift or the series of shifts or the exercises that you did to help your mindset go in a certain direction?
Ok, these are all so good. I've been on a similar journey. My two biggest shifts: following all the hobbies that light me up, and noticing and stopping thoughts of I'm "too old" to do new things (incoming functional health certification).
I loveee this. It’s on my 2026 bucket list to find a new hobby so I’m trying lots of things out. YESSS keep going, good luck on your health certification.
I think the most important part of this for me has been knowing my worth enough to be selective with my energy and choosing those people who accept me exactly as I am in this moment.
Listening to my intuition over anything else has been a big one for me too and trying to spend more time doing the things I love.

Exactly! rarely is it this big extravagant shift. It’s about your every day moments that shape your life.

Playing with new hobbies is up there with getting sunlight, drinking water, and touching grass.
